Rahmoeller Joins Clem, Dassel & Co.

Austin Rahmoeller is a Certified Public Accountant at Clem, Dassel & Co, Poseyville office. Austin received his B.S. in Accounting and Professional Services, with an emphasis in Taxation from the University of Southern Indiana, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Austin has over 5 years of experience providing public accounting, taxation, and payroll services to clients in a variety of industries, with an emphasis in the agriculture industry. Austin’s passion for the agriculture industry was instilled in him from a young age, as he grew up on his family’s farm in Southern Illinois. This unique upbringing coupled with Austin’s formal education has provided him with a particular set of skills, allowing him to relate and understand the issues farmers are currently facing. Prior to joining the team at Clem, Dassel & Co, Austin worked for a local CPA firm in Southern Illinois.

Austin has always made giving back to his community a priority throughout his career. In 2019, he was elected to the Ferrell Hospital Board of Directors, in Eldorado Illinois, where he serves on the Finance Committee. Prior to this election Austin served a three-year term as a board member for the Guardian Center, in Carmi, Illinois.

In his free time Austin greatly enjoys working with his father and uncle on their family grain and cattle farm, as well as spending time outdoors enjoying the beauty of Southern Illinois and Indiana. Austin resides in Grayville, Illinois with his wife Alyssa and their two dogs Bear and Ze, he attends church at Lick Prairie Christian Church, in Mount Carmel, Illinois.
